Questions About Workflow Automation
We start with the ones you already use, like email, forms, spreadsheets, calendars, accounting and CRM tools. We check yours first and tell you what can be connected and what can’t. Usually you keep your software; if a tool really is the problem, we’ll say so and explain why.
2 to 4 weeks. Usual time from your yes to live. Your proposal gives the date. We start with the one chore that costs you the most time, and add the next once it runs.
It goes to a person. We agree the rules with you, and anything that doesn’t fit them is passed to you or your team instead of being guessed at.
That’s fine. Show us the chore once: the copying, the chasing, the retyping. We’ll tell you what can run by itself and what should stay with a person.
Running it, watching every run, fixing anything we built, and a monthly report on what ran and what went to a person. If a change in one of your tools breaks a connection, we fix it. New automations are proposed with their price first.
Your data stays yours from day one. The code we write for you becomes yours after the 12-month minimum, or sooner if you pay out the remaining months. Licences for third-party tools like Zapier or your CRM aren’t part of our price.
