Questions About Mobile Apps
Apps for booking, ordering and paying, loyalty and memberships, reminders, marketplaces that bring several sellers into one app, and tools for your own team out in the field. If the job needs a phone in someone’s hand, it can be an app; if a website would do it for less, we’ll say so.
Yes. We design your app for both and launch it in Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Keeping it live in both stores, and updated as phones change, is part of the monthly price.
Hosting, keeping it live in both stores, updates as iPhone and Android change, fixes to anything we built, and a monthly report on what came through the app: bookings, orders, payments or sign-ups. If something breaks, email info@doyaktech.com or use the contact page, any business day. New features are proposed with their price first; nothing is added without your yes.
12 to 16 weeks. Usual time from your yes to live. Your proposal gives the date. That includes Apple’s and Google’s review before it goes live. We launch a small first version, then improve it from what your customers actually do, and you get a short written update from us every week while we build.
Your data is yours from day one. The code we write becomes yours after the 12-month minimum, or from day one if you pay the setup and the 12 months up front ($20,288 for Booked & Paid’s app version), signed over in writing. You can see your code from day one: you get read access to its repository. If you sell your company, the licence to our building blocks goes with it.
