Questions About AI Assistants
Not unless you decide it should. We build it so a person signs off: it does the reading, matching and drafting, then waits. Anything that doesn’t match goes to a person.
Your own: help pages, past replies, documents and the systems you choose to connect. You decide what it can see, and we agree that before anything is built.
The assistant and your data are hosted in your country or region (Canada for Canadian clients, the EU for European clients, and so on), and your information is yours from day one. The AI model itself may come from a provider outside your region; if so, we tell you which one and exactly what it sees before anything is switched on. The code we write for you becomes yours after the 12-month minimum, or sooner if you pay out the remaining months.
3 to 6 weeks. Usual time from your yes to live. Your proposal gives the date. That includes trying it on your real requests before it handles any on its own.
Sometimes it isn’t. If plain automation or a simple form would do the job for less, we’ll tell you. The first conversation is free, and if you only want advice, consulting is its own service.
Running it, checking its work, updating it as your information changes, fixing anything we built, and a monthly report on what it handled and what it passed to a person.
