Questions About Price

Why a monthly price instead of one big invoice?

Because we don’t hand you software and walk away. The monthly price pays for hosting it in your region, fixing it, keeping it up to date, improving it and measuring the result, so you never get a surprise bill when something needs attention.

How long does it take?

Website: 3 to 4 weeks. Booking system or portal: 8 to 12 weeks. Mobile app: 12 to 16 weeks. Custom software: 6 to 12 weeks. Automation: 2 to 4 weeks. AI assistant: 3 to 6 weeks. Usual time from your yes to live. Your proposal gives the date.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, 12 months, then it’s month to month. After that you can cancel any time, and we hand over the code we wrote for you, with your data. To leave sooner, pay out the remaining months and the same applies.

Who owns the code?

Your data and content are yours from day one. The code we write for you becomes yours after the 12-month minimum, or sooner if you pay out the remaining months. Our reusable building blocks stay ours, with a permanent licence for you to use them. When you buy it out, we sign the code over to you in writing.

Can we own the code from day one?

Yes. Owning it from day one costs the same as your first year: the setup plus 12 months. For a website that’s $3,288; for an app, $20,288. We sign it over in writing. You can see your code from day one: you get read access to its repository.

What happens to the code if I sell my company?

If you sell your company, the licence to our building blocks goes with it.

How is my clients’ data protected?

It travels over an encrypted connection: every package includes the security certificate. It’s hosted in your country or region: Canada for Canadian clients, the EU for European clients, and so on. Only the people you choose can see it, and your data is yours from day one. Before we build, we go through your local privacy rules with you (for example Québec’s Law 25, Ontario’s PHIPA for health clinics, or Europe’s GDPR). We sign a privacy and confidentiality agreement with you, and your data stays in a data centre in your country or region.

What if I need more than the package includes?

We tell you before doing anything, with the price. Extra changes beyond what’s included are $100 an hour, and nothing is added without your yes.

How does the founding-client offer work?

Our first 25 clients who sign by 31 March 2027 get 50% off setup and 15% off the monthly price for their first 12 months. In return we ask for a short monthly feedback call and, if you’re happy, a review we can publish. After 12 months the normal monthly price applies.

Can I start with just a plan?

Yes. A Tech Plan is $750 and gives you a written plan with costs. If you start a package within 60 days, the $750 comes off your setup fee.
